The pizza was amazing. The cheese and the crust tasted so delicious. The atmosphere was really nice and clean. The owners and workers were very nice and came to our table to make sure everything was good. They even have zeppoles! Definitely will be back.
I was in the area for work and tried so many places to eat and was so disappointed so I didn't expect much going here, but the pizza was really good! Loved the crust and they pretty much made it there in front of me. The staff was also very pleasant.
I wish I'd taken a photo of my food when I first got it. If you've ever gone to a MOD Pizza this is the same style.
Despite the timely delivery, the overall quality of the pizza was severely lacking. The cheese falling off, insufficient sauce, undercooked dough, pizza wasn’t cut and poor presentation were all significant issues. It’s disappointing, especially considering the sentimental attachment your family had to this place after 15 years. The only redeeming aspect was the wings, which were acceptable. As someone with experience in the pizza business, it’s disheartening to see a decline in quality over multiple visits. Hopefully, they can address these consistent issues in the future.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Was really excited to taste their Sicilian pizza. Unfortunately, I ordered it on Uber eats and an hr later got a notice that they couldn’t fill the order because it had been sold out. So as I was trying to call the place and get it situated it was terrible. The owner verified he didn’t like the look of that crust and threw it away. Meantime I asked why I was being charged for garlic knots and he said he could give me an extra set but not refund the price of them. Long story short he hung up on after I said thanks anyways. Wouldn’t recommend and not going to try.
As part itillian myself pizza was very dry there was hardly any sauce on my pizza however good portion of cheese and toppings. I also tried the spaghetti but all I tasted was noodles and the sauce turned soupy.
The style of pizza that Fishhawk Pizza makes, happens to be one I like. Different than major franchise pizza. This is a very low-key pizza spot. They offer wings, pasta, calzones, etc. There is a pizza lunch special (2 slices and a drink) I took advantage of. Eat there or take-out.
Had half pepperoni half cheese pizza. Barely any pepperoni on the half. The calzone was overly greasy. The garlic knots were under cooked. I wanted this to be my go to place but I was disappointed.
